      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prospect for new merchant services accounts and cross-sell additional banking products
      - Prepare proposals and conduct sales presentations and product training at client locations
      - Provide telephone support as the primary contact for merchant services customers
      - Collaborate with bank staff to generate new business through referrals
      - Monitor portfolio reports and perform periodic reviews to identify revenue opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Established network and proven success in the Southern California market
      - Minimum 3 years of merchant services sales experience
      - Minimum 2 years of business development or sales-related experience
      - Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Current California driver's license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
      - Demonstrated ability to confidently cross-sell and explain products and services
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
      - Experience dealing with complex problems in non-standardized situations
