      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve Vive’s FC portfolio sales objectives across Texas, Oklahoma, and eastern New Mexico
      - Develop and execute distribution and retail business plans, including sales forecasts
      - Build and maintain relationships with agricultural retailers, key growers, and distributors
      - Co-develop and execute new crop protection programs tailored to key crops
      - Update and maintain key market intelligence in CRM systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or higher
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales within the agriculture sector
      - Strong understanding of crop protection products and their applications
      - Proven ability to influence and establish relationships with customers
      - Valid passport and driver’s license with a good driving record

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the liquid fertilizer or biological market
      - Background in launching new products or technologies in the agricultural marketplace
      - Excellent agronomic knowledge and ability to apply it for product differentiation
      - Proven track record in managing relationships with ag retailers and distributors
