      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with independent agents to create and adjust agency-specific strategic business plans
      - Serve as a key liaison within the assigned market, engaging with independent agencies and industry associations
      - Develop and maintain a pipeline for new agency appointments, supporting corporate agreements at the local level
      - Analyze market-related issues with stakeholders to enhance product positioning
      - Utilize production data to identify trends and improve agency performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Strong knowledge of the independent agency channel and industry competitors
      - Ability to effectively manage sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM software
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with insurance products, including personal auto, homeowners, and commercial vehicle insurance
      - Prior experience in a sales management role within the insurance industry
      - Familiarity with industry technology and comparative rating platforms
      - Proven ability to drive profitable growth and exceed sales targets
