      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop new business and increase market share within the Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia territory
      - Promote and sell engineered products and services through the Authorized Distributor Network
      - Train distributors and end-users on new products and applications
      - Conduct regular customer meetings to service existing accounts and secure new business
      - Participate in industry trade shows to promote products and services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business administration with 2 years of relevant experience, or a minimum of 4 years of sales experience without a degree
      - Competence in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
      - Experience in an industrial setting and conducting presentations
      - Ability to use and learn CRM systems
      - Valid driver's license and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in sales with distribution would be a plus
