      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and develop new end-user customers while retaining and expanding existing accounts
      - Optimize sales with distribution channel partners through joint calls and technical product support
      - Conduct territory planning, sales administrative activities, and reporting
      - Engage with customers to qualify needs and offer tailored cutting tool solutions
      - Travel 50-60% within the Western Washington region to meet territory requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5-7 years of proven successful territory or regional sales experience in a technical, consultative sales role
      - Strong technical aptitude and experience in a manufacturing environment
      - Demonstrated ability to qualify, demonstrate, and influence customers
      - Ability to work independently from a home or virtual office
      - Knowledge and experience in metal cutting applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the aerospace industry
      - Familiarity with various market segments including automotive, power generation, and oil & gas
