      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Ensure brand consistency and service excellence across all sales channels
      - Facilitate knowledge-sharing and collaboration with internal teams, sales directors, dealers, and contractors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong and ambitious work ethic with a positive "can-do" attitude
      - Post-secondary education
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience selling into a dealer network or working in the hardscape/building material industry
      - Experience in building sales action plans, deciphering sales reports, hosting events, and building customer relations
      - Must have a valid passport and be able to travel to Canada for training/meetings

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in selling or installing hardscape/building materials
      - Proven track record in developing successful sales strategies
      - Familiarity with social media platforms for product placement
      - Ability to maintain high standards for deliverables, including visual appearance and user experience
