What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead hardscape sales territory development through strategic initiatives and education programs
- Utilize customized CRM and business intelligence tools to create strategies and identify competitive advantages
- Empower dealer teams with training and resources to enhance business growth
- Ensure brand consistency and service excellence across all sales channels
- Facilitate collaboration with internal teams, sales directors, dealers, and contractors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling to a dealer network or working in the hardscape/building material industry
- Post-secondary education
- Strong and ambitious work ethic with a positive attitude
- Experience in building sales action plans and hosting events
- Must have a valid passport and be able to travel to Canada for training/meetings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in deciphering sales reports and building customer relations
- Familiarity with industry-leading sales training programs
