      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Grow sales within assigned territory through direct engagement with feedlots and backgrounding operations
      - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop target lists and execute sales strategies
      - Establish and maintain relationships with management across beef operations within the territory
      - Develop and implement accurate account plans to drive sales growth
      - Travel as necessary to meet territory goals and build customer relationships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent and five years of relevant industry experience OR a four-year college degree OR a two-year animal science specific degree
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Sales Management, or Marketing within the agricultural field
      - Current knowledge of the US beef industry, particularly the confined fed cattle market
      - Strong selling and negotiation skills
      - Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the feedlot industry and technology space
      - Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required
      - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain business relationships
      - History of innovative thinking and sound decision-making
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organization
