What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with distributor and retail accounts
- Manage territory coverage and prioritize account opportunities
- Promote awareness and increase sales of ORIJEN® and ACANA® brands
- Deliver education and training to distributor sales teams, retail partners, and consumers
- Communicate field activity and manage administrative functions related to accounts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Outside sales experience, preferably within the pet specialty industry or consumer packaged goods/retail
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Experience in handling and overcoming objections in the sales process
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software
- Flexibility to travel up to 50% locally and availability for evening and weekend work

- Experience presenting to both large and small groups
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results
- Familiarity with market analysis and competitor offerings
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a remote team
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs occasionally
