What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage a dealer base through product demonstrations and technical solutions
- Drive new customer business via networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to dealers and direct customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer opportunities in the sales portal and manage opportunity status
- Collaborate with internal departments to solve customer account issues and develop solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Two to four years of demonstrated sales or customer service achievements, preferably in the agricultural industry
- Up to 50% travel within the U.S. required
- Strong organizational and computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Proven ability to manage a complex technical product line, with solid sales and marketing capabilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in Ag Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related degree
- Knowledge of grain storage and monitoring systems
- Exceptional customer relationship skills, including active listening
- Experience in developing sales strategies and competitive market analysis
