      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive special order sales to increase market share in various business segments
      - Provide product knowledge training and demonstrations for associates
      - Maintain existing stock business and ensure product integrity and pricing accuracy
      - Engage with store personnel to build customer rapport and satisfaction
      - Address customer complaints and provide solutions to enhance the customer experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
      - Proven direct sales experience in the building products industry preferred
      - Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Solid time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Understanding of the building products industry and home improvement retail channel
      - Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
      - Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
      - Adaptability to new processes and technologies
      - Ability to recover from setbacks and maintain productivity during challenges
