      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop direct sales in the field by targeting foodservice operators and training strategic distributors on national branded products
      - Set up and monitor key operator fry tests and product samplings to support sales efforts
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor sales representatives
      - Manage sales growth through effective lead follow-up and fry test management
      - Utilize Salesforce for opportunity management and customer relationship management tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate or bachelor's degree in culinary, food marketing, general business, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of three (3) years of foodservice experience, including distributor, broker, or manufacturer sales
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management tools
      - Valid driver's license
      - Strong presentation skills and a robust background in food production and sales

      - Experience in training and educating others within the foodservice sector
      - Knowledge of food production dynamics and ability to balance cost vs. value across product portfolios
      - Proven track record of effective time management and organizational skills
