      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement strategies to maximize territory sales and company objectives
      - Establish understanding of customer dynamics and identify key opportunities for revenue growth
      - Increase sales volume by achieving or exceeding established sales objectives
      - Conduct training sessions and presentations for key customers on Essity products
      - Monitor competitor activities and trends to inform sales strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Four (4) year college or university degree preferred
      - Two (2) to three (3) years of medical sales experience with strong prospecting and closing skills
      - Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
      - Proven ability to manage time and territory effectively
      - Valid US driver's license and ability to travel up to 70% of the time

      - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
      - Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
      - Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
      - History of meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles
