      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the creation and maintenance of test booklets, scripts, score sheets, and other test-related materials
      - Support the Test Assembly Manager in maintaining quality control procedures and documentation
      - Perform quality control reviews of both online and print-based test materials to ensure accuracy and consistency
      - Collaborate with the Desktop Publishing Graphic Designer to implement layout adjustments in Adobe InDesign
      - Track and implement stakeholder feedback and document revision history

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Graphic Design, Education, Applied Linguistics, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - At least 2 years of experience collaborating in the production of educational materials
      - Expertise with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe InDesign in a professional or academic setting
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high-stakes production environment
      - Ability to adapt to competing and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator
      - Experience with standardized educational assessments
      - Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills
      - Analytical and problem-solving skills
