What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as test manager for PEO Soldier programs, overseeing test planning and execution
- Develop and staff Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs) for program milestones
- Coordinate with ATEC to ensure adequate testing and assessments for Government Programs
- Evaluate test data and develop summaries for leadership briefings and Milestone Decisions
- Maintain a Master Test Schedule and track all planned testing activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- More than 15 years of relevant experience in the field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience supporting a US Army product management office
