What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and deliver assigned content-area test items and assessment ancillaries on time
- Facilitate committee reviews, including bias reviews and standard-settings
- Write, review, and revise test items for specific domains
- Develop scoring guidelines and rubrics for performance assessments
- Support the final review process for assigned items and tests

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS in education or a related field; MS preferred
- Minimum of three years of teaching experience in English at the middle school or high school level
- In-depth knowledge of the content area, including curriculum and instruction
- General knowledge of test publishing industry standards
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of national and state-specific curriculum standards
- Experience in writing and editing test items
- Experience in constructing test forms
- Basic computer skills
