What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and deliver assigned content-area test items and assessment ancillaries on time
- Facilitate committee reviews including bias reviews, item-data reviews, and alignment studies
- Collaborate with Senior Test Development Specialists and Directors to plan and organize workflow
- Write, review, and edit test items for assigned projects while ensuring adherence to specifications
- Support the development of test ancillaries, scoring guidelines, and facilitate item writer workshops

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in science, science education, or a related field; MS in education preferred
- Minimum of three years of K-12 teaching experience in science or related experience
- In-depth knowledge of science content area, curriculum, and instruction
- Familiarity with national and state-specific curriculum standards
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
