      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct sales consultations for standardized test preparation, admissions counseling, and academic support services
      - Utilize consultative sales process to determine needs, offer recommendations, and address objections
      - Build long-term relationships with students and families to provide ongoing support
      - Track sales activity in various systems to achieve individual and team revenue targets
      - Collaborate with the sales team to maintain a positive work environment and exceed critical sales metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
      - At least one year of professional experience in direct-to-consumer sales
      - Strong communication and organizational skills
      - Ability to work an 8-hour shift between 9am-10pm Eastern and some weekend days
      - Experience with salesforce.com is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in test preparation, academic support, or admissions services
      - Above-average computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
