      Role Overview

      We are looking for an experienced Tester to evaluate software products against business and functional requirements. The role involves defect management, test data creation, and close collaboration with development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. Databricks testing experience is mandatory.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Thoroughly test software products against business and functional requirements

      • Isolate, reproduce, document, and track defects through resolution

      • Verify fixes and perform regression testing

      • Develop test data, test cases, and testing procedures

      • Ensure software meets organizational quality standards and end-user expectations

      • Apply QA methodologies across the software development lifecycle

      • Independently prioritize tasks and manage testing activities with minimal supervision

      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve consumer experience

      Required Qualifications

      • High School Diploma (minimum)

      • 5+ years of technical testing experience (preferred)

      • Strong experience in defect tracking and validation

      • Experience developing test data and test procedures

      • Mandatory: Databricks testing experience

      • Familiarity with SDLC and QA methodologies

      • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

      • Passion for contributing to continuous improvement of consumer-focused solutions
