What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct in-depth analysis of completed benefit, pharmacy, and formulary configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to validate and document business requirements and changes
- Analyze claims adjudication results to identify discrepancies and recommend solutions
- Approve changes from the test environment to the production environment, ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Present test claim results to clients through demonstrations as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to run SQL queries and scripts
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage difficult client situations and meet service commitments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Pharmacy Technician License or National Certification
- Experience with SQL and Oracle-based platforms
- Familiarity with quality assurance/control processes and documentation
- Demonstrated accountability for achieving service commitments
- Experience in a client-facing role in a healthcare or technology environment
