What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and execute manual test cases based on functional and business requirements
- Perform front-end, back-end, and API testing to validate integrations and system behavior
- Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure complete test coverage
- Provide clear and detailed test results, highlighting risks and quality indicators for each release
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in manual functional testing
- Proven experience testing web applications, APIs, and backend systems
- Strong skills in test case design, test data management, and defect tracking
- Experience with SQL for data validation and backend testing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress)
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
- Experience with performance or security testing
- ISTQB or other software testing certifications
