What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Principal and Executive Director in overall school operations
- Oversee student data accounting functions and continuous school improvement
- Monitor enrollment requirements and communicate with the Enrollment Department
- Supervise staff effectiveness and provide leadership to Master Teachers
- Collaborate with stakeholders for dropout prevention and student support opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's in Education and Principal Certification
- Minimum of three (3) years of successful teaching experience
- Certificate of completion of a TxVSN approved online facilitator's course
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong technology skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior virtual school administrative experience
- Operational or logistics experience and/or administrative management experience
- Customer-focused approach and demonstrated leadership skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel for events, field trips, and state testing
- Ability to work remotely during state testing and extended hours
