What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, update, and publish a variety of print and digital assets to the Marketing Help Center, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines
- Review and complete Custom Creative Requests submitted by franchisees in a timely manner
- Provide support and respond to inquiries through the Creative Services email inbox, ensuring high levels of customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill design requests and support cross-functional initiatives
- Maintain organized files and track projects for efficient workflow and timely completion
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a graphic design or creative support role, preferably in a marketing or agency environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand standards
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects under tight deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with digital asset management systems or content management platforms
- Experience designing for both print and digital formats
- Understanding of franchise or retail marketing
