      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide high-quality psychotherapy services including individual, couples, group, and family sessions
      - Participate in supervision to reflect on client sessions and develop clinical decision-making skills
      - Document treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments promptly, submitting all documentation within 48 hours
      - Maintain a minimum of 50 sessions per month by the end of your 20th week, with ongoing caseload growth
      - Actively engage in continued learning through the Cerebral Institute's training sessions and courses

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or equivalent
      - Provisionally licensed in Massachusetts under designated licenses
      - Up-to-date CAQH profile and active NPI number
      - Minimum 6 months of experience providing psychotherapy under supervision
      - Skilled in diagnosing mental health disorders in accordance with DSM-5 criteria

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Comfortable collaborating with prescribers managing clients’ medications
      - Knowledgeable in crisis response with strong evidence-based clinical skills
      - Experience working autonomously in a telemedicine environment
      - A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit or prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
