What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a regional expert in VTE care path, collaborating with physicians and healthcare staff to optimize program effectiveness
- Develop and execute educational initiatives and clinical care path strategies
- Manage account education initiatives throughout the project lifecycle and maintain communication with regional sales teams
- Organize and execute local/regional care path tradeshows, conferences, and meetings
- Collect and share intelligence on competitive products and market dynamics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in program development and quality initiatives in the medical device field
- Experience as a PERT, VTE, or Stroke Coordinator, or in ED, ICU, Pulmonology, or a related practice area is highly preferred
- Strong background in program development, clinical quality improvement, and business-to-business (B2B) marketing
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills for diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BSN/RN with experience in clinical settings
- Program Management or LEAN Sigma experience
- Creative thinker with a strong clinical background
- Ability to build consensus and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders
