      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a regional expert in Venus Thromboembolism (VTE) care path, enhancing knowledge among regional teams and stakeholders
      - Develop and execute education and clinical care path strategies, managing initiatives throughout the project lifecycle
      - Identify and organize local and regional care path tradeshows, conferences, and meetings
      - Foster relationships with key customers and opinion leaders to promote product awareness and adoption
      - Collect and analyze regional activities to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in program development and quality initiatives in the hospital or medical device field
      - Experience as a PERT, VTE, or Stroke Coordinator, or in related practice areas such as ED, ICU, or Pulmonology
      - 3+ years of experience in clinical quality improvement and business to business (B2B) or field marketing
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
      - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills for diverse audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - BSN/RN with a strong clinical background and experience in program management, especially LEAN Sigma
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
      - Creative thinker with a strong interest in clinical data and insights
