      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a regional expert in VTE care path, supporting local sales teams and healthcare providers
      - Develop and execute education and clinical care path strategies to enhance program optimization
      - Identify and organize local/regional educational events and conferences to raise therapy awareness
      - Collaborate with field sales leaders and clinical teams to enhance understanding of product and therapy data
      - Collect and analyze regional activities to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in program development or quality initiatives in the medical device field
      - Experience as a PERT, VTE, or Stroke Coordinator, or in ED, ICU, Pulmonology, or a related area is highly preferred
      - Minimum of 3+ years of experience in program development and clinical quality improvement
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
      - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in business-to-business (B2B) or field marketing
      - Program Management experience, especially in LEAN Sigma
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
      - Willingness to conduct business outside of a typical work schedule
