What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in providing cost savings by researching and verifying health insurance plans via calls and online portals
- Respond to inquiries from clients, state and federal agencies, providers, and members
- Research claims related to other insurances and assist in auditing claims for proper billing
- Collaborate with the team to ensure daily work is completed within service level agreements
- Manage workload independently while adapting to a fast-paced environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to independently manage workload with minimal supervision
- Proficient in multi-tasking various work duties
- Strong ability to compose professional responses to inquiries
- Quick and accurate data entry skills into spreadsheets, documents, and state systems
- Willingness to cross-train on different functions within the TPL team

- Experience in a healthcare-related field or with insurance verification processes
