What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Become an expert in the brand's selling behaviors to provide a premium customer experience
- Acknowledge and assist customers, efficiently locating merchandise and answering questions
- Offer style and outfit suggestions to customers using mannequins and displays for inspiration
- Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs
- Support sales floor operations, fitting room, checkout, and back-of-house processes as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively use technology
- Motivated problem solver with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Capable of handling customer interactions and addressing concerns professionally
- Basic information-gathering skills to resolve issues
- Ability to learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training
- In Quebec: Must be able to speak French
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in retail or customer service
- Familiarity with fashion trends and styling
- Experience working with loyalty programs or customer engagement strategies
- Bilingual candidates are preferred, especially in French
