What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist ticket center staff with operations during athletic events
- Provide customer service and support to attendees at various sporting events
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality during scheduled shifts
- Create and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues
- Assist with cash handling and ticket sales as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- The formal equivalent of a high school diploma
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to multi-task while providing excellent customer service
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Cash handling experience
- Basic computer skills
