      About LOVB

League One Volleyball (LOVB) is redefining what's possible in women's sports. Founded in 2019, LOVB is a mission-driven sports performance, training, and media company set on transforming the volleyball landscape in the U.S.-and unlocking new potential for generations of female athletes. Volleyball is already the #1 girls' youth sport in the country, with 38 million current and former players and a uniquely women-first player base (~90% female). And yet, despite record Olympic success in Women's Indoor, Beach, and Sitting Volleyball, the sport remains largely overlooked by traditional investors, media, and brands.

LOVB is changing that. We're building from the ground up-starting with a thriving youth club network and expanding into a world-class Pro League and digital ecosystem. Our community-first model fuels both participation and fandom, connecting the grassroots to the elite and elevating the sport at every level.

As part of our team, you'll join a bold, hands-on group of builders who are reimagining the future of volleyball and creating a new paradigm in women's professional sports.
