What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support to U-Haul affiliates and end users regarding questions and/or problems concerning the WebSelfStorage application
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with full documentation and escalation as applicable
- Educate U-Haul affiliates about the WebSelfStorage application and its functionalities
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date notes on all affiliate tickets
- Remain composed and diffuse difficult situations with upset customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 1 to 2 years of technical support or call center experience related to the area of assignment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and follow instructions
- Basic understanding of computer software and troubleshooting skills
- Flexibility to work multiple shifts, including weekends and rotating holidays
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Positive attitude toward helping business affiliates
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
- Appropriate professionalism and demeanor, including phone and chat etiquette
- Ability to concentrate, take initiative, and cope with stress in a business environment
