What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Open trouble tickets, perform initial triage, and provide break/fix action to resolve network events and issues
- Respond to customer inquiries and problems
- Manage incident, problem, and change tickets in accordance with change management guidelines
- Provide input and feedback for the use and optimization of SOC management applications/tools
- Perform basic research and analysis of data or information

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Understanding of SIEM Tools and SIEM Rule development
- Ability to read and understand network packet capture data and EDR technology
- Knowledge of attack methods such as Exploit Kits, Malware, and Phishing
- Strong grasp of Cyber Security Analysis and network architecture
- Familiarity with different operating systems like Windows and Linux

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field
- Certifications in cybersecurity or relevant areas
