      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Actively participate in and contribute to 24x7x365 security operations
      - Monitor and react across multiple customer environments and provide comprehensive analysis and investigation of notable events
      - Communicate and collaborate with customers through the lifecycle of all escalated security events and investigations
      - Identify areas of improvement in detections and playbooks while collaborating with teams to implement changes
      - Mentor assigned Tier 1 SOC Analysts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience working within a Security Operations Center
      - 3+ years of experience working across multiple security disciplines
      - Knowledge and experience with Lockheed Martin's Cyber Kill Chain and the MITRE ATT&CK Framework
      - Experience working within 1 or more SOAR platforms preferred
      - Preferred certifications: CISSP, GCIH, GCIA, GCDA, GMON

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with incident response, log analysis, and packet analysis
      - Familiarity with threat intelligence platforms
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
