What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary escalation point for Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineers, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues involving networked AV devices
- Own high-severity support cases from initial escalation through resolution, ensuring accurate tracking and communication
- Collaborate with Customer Service and Support Operations to enhance case quality and customer satisfaction
- Interpret electronic schematics and system designs to troubleshoot AV system configurations
- Mentor and train Tier 1/2 support teams on troubleshooting methodologies and best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the AV industry
- Proficient in troubleshooting Cisco and Crestron AV infrastructure
- Deep understanding of IT systems, architecture, and networking protocols for AV
- Experience with DSP systems such as QSC, BiAmp, or BSS
- CTS-I certification strongly preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Event Management and use of ISTM tools such as ServiceNow
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Experience with system commissioning
