      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the resolution of complex customer support issues and high-priority escalations
      - Provide proactive frontline support via email and phone to enhance customer experiences
      - Coordinate with customers and installation partners to troubleshoot system performance and service tickets
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep customers informed during technical or post-installation issues
      - Identify recurring issues and drive process improvements across customer communication and internal workflows

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5+ years of experience in residential solar and battery storage
      - Strong technical knowledge of systems, such as Tesla Powerwall and FranklinWH aPower
      - Proven ability to manage executive-level customer escalations
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a solutions-oriented approach
      - Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with support platforms such as HubSpot, Front, and Scoop
      - Knowledge of permitting, interconnection, and utility-facing processes
      - Familiarity with VPP, DER aggregation, and demand response technologies
      - NABCEP certification or equivalent technical training
