      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to all post-purchase customer service messages on TikTok Shop, including complaints, questions, and return/refund requests
      - Monitor and resolve shipping issues such as delays, damaged, or lost packages
      - Track and manage inventory across TikTok Shop and warehouse systems to avoid overselling or stockouts
      - Analyze order and return data to spot trends and support customer satisfaction improvements
      - Maintain accurate listing and fulfillment settings in TikTok Shop, including handling time and shipping policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, marketing, or a related field preferred
      - 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce operations, logistics, or customer service
      - Must be comfortable answering customer questions and inquiries 7 days a week
      - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
      - Capable of multitasking and working effectively in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with TikTok Shop operations
      - Familiarity with warehouse management systems and 3PL platforms
      - Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
      - Results-hungry self-starter with a proven track record of growing sales
      - Exceptional communication skills and professionalism when interacting with customers and internal teams
