- Tire Inspection:u00A0From identifying areas requiring repair through to the final product, quality control and a keen eye for detail are required.
- Tire Repair: u00A0Preform repairs using hand toolsu00A0including those inside large OTR tires for repair, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Independent Work:u00A0Work independently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating efficiency and attention to detail.
- Safety Focus:u00A0Maintain a safety mindset and adhere to all safety procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
- Mechanical Aptitude:u00A0Previous mechanical experience or aptitude is preferred.
- Safety Conscious:u00A0Ability to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols.
- Physical Stamina:u00A0Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physically demanding tasks.
- Team Player:u00A0Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working collaboratively in a high-performing team environment.
- Tire Repair Knowledge:u00A0Preferred that you are familiar with tire maintenance and repair knowledge.
- Forklift Experience:u00A0Prior experience operating forklifts is an asset.

In this role you will work on large haul truck tires, inspecting for damage, preparing tires for repair, patching, and repairing, while maintaining quality and safety standards.As an Tire Repair Technician, you'll play a crucial role in our commitment to sustainability and customer satisfaction.
