What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Secure trucks on lifts and ramps for maintenance
- Perform tire and brake maintenance, including mounting, dismounting, and balancing tires
- Occasionally conduct road tests on vehicles
- Work in a production line environment using proprietary technology
- Assist in additional areas as necessary, following supervisor guidance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Basic mechanical aptitude with 1-2 years of repair experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as individually
- Basic computer skills
- Regular attendance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in vehicle repair or maintenance
- Familiarity with proprietary electronic pre-inspection checklists
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
