  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Review title commitments and identify issues that may prevent insurable title.
  - Conduct due diligence and fact-finding with clients and prior services or foreclosure attorneys as needed.
  - Obtain necessary documents from clients, escrow/title, and/or foreclosure attorneys.
  - Communicate with all necessary parties to resolve defects in title.
  - Problem-solve and provide recommendations on complex title issues.
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High School Diploma or GED.
  - 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  - Strong knowledge of the foreclosure process and legal matters related to real estate.
  - Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in title issues and problem resolution.
  - Ability to read and understand real estate contracts and closing documents.
  - Skills in negotiating fee reductions as needed.
  - Motivated team player with strong ethical standards.
