What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Opening/scanning mail received
- Call queue management
- Total Loss Packets creation and sending
- Initial Lien Holder calls
- Follow-up calls to owners/insureds
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of office customer service experience
- High School degree
- Proficiency in basic office equipment and Microsoft products
- Ability to analyze vehicle title documents within company and State guidelines
- Basic 10 key proficiency
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with State DMV's and Lien Holder entities
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to delegate/prioritize work flow
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous experience in the automotive industry
