- Call queue management
- Total Loss Packets creation and distribution
- Initial Lien Holder calls
- Follow-up calls to owners/insureds
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2 plus years of office customer service experience
- High School degree
- Proficiency in basic office equipment and Microsoft products
- Ability to analyze vehicle title documents within company and State guidelines
- Valid driver's license
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working closely with State DMV's and Lien Holder entities
