      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Secure new orders from new customers by building brand recognition of Radian and titlegenius in local market, gaining new client relationships, and maintaining and expanding business with existing client base.
      - Trusted resource for agents and lenders to answer their questions and connect clients with the experienced support staff to facilitate their needs.
      - Provide educational opportunities for clients to strengthen their knowledge and understanding of the title process.
      - Share results of engagement and sales efforts with managers through reporting and anecdotal experiences.
      - Create high visibility of the titlegenius brand by attending real estate industry functions, community events and regular social media posting.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Degree Requirement: HS Diploma or GED
      - Work Experience: 4 or more years of prior work related experience
      - Experience managing client relationships in the real estate industry, including agents, brokers and/or lenders.
      - At least three years' experience in a quota-carrying sales role strongly preferred.
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word).
      - Highly competitive, driven professional who is focused on growth and willing to put in the time and effort to make things happen.
      - Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
      - Ability to educate, teach and promote new technology and processes.
