- Provide an exceptional client experience.
- Resolve issues with customers as they are presented either upon discovery or in response to a client call.
- Work exception queues identified by the system.
- Resolve exceptions by completing documentation, submitting to the state , and or working with the clients
- Request power of attorney (POA) from clients.
- Complete title validation.
- Monitor aged titles, calling clients on vehicle title status, updating title status is title vault.
- Receive payments, including tax payments, from customers for vehicle registration and titling transactions.
- Provide assistance to clients by responding to emails and return phone calls from Clients and Client Services.
- High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field.
- OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience; OR 5 years’ experience in a related field.
- DMV, Title Clerk, Account Management, Auction/Automobile industry experience and Technical Client Service experience highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with strong interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail is highly preferred.
- Strong computer and data entry skills preferred.
- Notary highly preferred.

Hourly base pay rate is $21.25 - $31.92/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.Job Description
The Title Specialist II is responsible for providing guidance and communicating DMV information to users in clear terms.
