What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Audit benefit and payroll deductions in US and Canada to identify discrepancies
- Analyze monthly retirement reporting for errors
- Respond to internal and external audit inquiries for data
- Manually enter new hire enrollments for Health & Welfare and Retirement Plans for Canada
- Actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement within Total Rewards processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with corporate matrix structures
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in life sciences industry
- Knowledge of HR processes and practices
