What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, attract, and engage potential Tour Managers through various recruitment channels
- Evaluate Tour Manager applications, conduct interviews, and assess qualifications
- Build and maintain a diverse pool of skilled Tour Managers
- Collaborate with Activation Team to match Tour Managers with available positions
- Assist in the onboarding process and provide support to new hires
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of related recruiting experience, preferably in experiential marketing
- Bachelor's degree desired but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in experiential marketing or a related field
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and problem-solving skills
