NFP is seeking a TPA Project Coordinator.
This is a temporary position working with NFP’s Third-Party Administration Team. The temporary position will be virtual and will work primarily with the Central Region on a variety project related to our SharePoint site and nationalization efforts.
The position requires day to day work with a variety of internal NFP systems and vendor retirement plan vendor sites to assist in cataloging, organizing and realigning client and plan participant records to comply with PII standards for data security.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Scan and catalog reports from external retirement plan vendors and proprietary systems in SharePoint to archive client and plan participant records
· Assist with a variety of projects to standardized procedures and operating systems for our Defined Contribution to support our Central Team members located across the country
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:
· Ability to express ideas clearly and succinctly in both written and verbal communications
· Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with a positive attitude, proactive mindset, and entrepreneurial spirit
· Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
· Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and prioritize
Education and/or Experience:
· Strong Working Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams and Word
· Ability to communicate and interface effectively, efficiently and professionally with internal team members, external NFP vendors
Physical Demand: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk and carry materials weighing 10-20 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.

The hourly wage for this position is $15 an hour. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
