      TPOSM Sr. Team Lead
      What is the role about?
      To develop and ensure the implementation of POS Communication Strategy (TPOSM part) per each trade channel including both Indirect Retail and Top/Premium Tier which serves Categories’ needs and is based on Channels’ BPWATTS. Develop the principles of multi-category communication in the tensed by the competition’s environment enabling setting the PMI brands as a market leader's ones and ensuring the highest possible coverage of target audience.
      What will be your responsibilities:
      • Define the communication strategy and split per each channel and type of the PPOSM ensuring the best fit to categories' needs. Ensure further smooth and timely POS communication deployment.
      • Develop and maintain the best fit TPOSM management process from visual development to placement to the POS ensuring ongoing process improvement and the new tools usage.
      • Constantly search the ways to make the full TPOSM development/placement process more efficient and agile due to changing market environment.
      • Navigate Categories and Channels Plans while planning the POS communication, in order to ensure alignment with Initiatives developed per communication channel to effectively maximize the target audience reach via PM communication across different touch points while ensuring the feasibility of the deployment.
      • Develop and further support the process of TPOSM stock management and orders by the channels ensuring the best possible support for the Channels.
      • Ensure clear tracking of placed TPOSM in the markets and provide clear reporting on the latter to support business decisions.
      • Propose TPOSM budget structure to achieve PM objectives in the most efficient way. Monitor allocated budget performance. Manage the TPOSM related expenditures in line with budgets. Continuously monitor budget performance and ensure cost effective implementation of visibility related activities.
      • Initiate the development of relevant policies and procedures in the TPOSM management area. Ensure that technical and legal background for POS communication process is in place.
      • Provide inputs to the creation of training courses related to the TPOSM management, tracking and reporting.
      SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
      • College/University
      • Solid experience with Sales and Marketing in multinational or credible local company on managerial position
      • English: Intermediate or higher
      • PC literacy (MS Office applications, Outlook).
      • Presentation, Communication and Analytical skills
      • Managerial skills
      • Project Managements skills: people activator with strong focus on results delivery (can do attitude is the must)
      • Agility and strong business acumen
      • Ability & capability to build and manage relations with key stakeholders (external & internal)
