What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and manage the trade compliance program for Cyber Security Products (CSP) operations in North America
- Develop and document a local trade compliance program aligned with company policies and national regulations
- Conduct regular internal trade compliance reviews and audits for CSP operations
- Establish and implement a trade compliance training plan for CSP operations
- Maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and provide timely management of imports and exports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 7 years of experience in trade compliance
- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor trade compliance staff
- Knowledge of U.S. electronic license application programs and export reporting
- Proven critical thinking skills to assess compliance risks and provide solutions
- Competency with restricted party screening tools and MS Office
