      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure compliance with ITAR, EAR, CMMC, and CUI regulations across various facilities
      - Act as a liaison with customers, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders on export control matters
      - Support and participate in internal and external audits, including compliance assessments
      - Manage compliance-related projects to meet company and regulatory standards
      - Oversee the Records and Retention process to maintain compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3 years of quality system-related experience in aerospace
      - Experience with ITAR, EAR, CUI, and CMMC regulations
      - Ability to solve complex problems and manage multiple projects
      - Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and writing skills
      - Must obtain required export authorization, as the position involves access to export-controlled data

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Ability to travel approximately 20%-25%
      - Experience in data trending analysis and reporting to senior leadership
      - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Previous training experience
      - Strong time management and prioritization skills
